Awards
The show, the cast and the crew received many awards and award nominations during the show's ten-year run. Many of these are listed below and go to show just how popular the show was amongst not only it's viewers but many of the industries top dogs. Despite the nominations it was reportedly requested by the cast that they be nominated as a whole rather than individually on many occasions in a show of solidarity as an ensemble rather than 6 individual actors and actresses. It's interesting to note that on an individual basis Courteney Cox was the only Friend never to receive a single Emmy nomination.
Winners are highlighted in yellow.
